castle, the.
It's construction was completed at the same time Her Imperial Highness, Princess Anactoria was born.
At a point perfectly in the center of the capital City of Venus and preeced by an expansive grape orchard and winds and curls across the terrain. Before the structure stands the arc of ornate black gates, it's bars twisted into the symbol of the imperial house. Roses choke the courtyard beyond the barriers, swept with walkways of polished marble that wind the way through stone pillarings, flowering trees, and bursting fountains, ending at the gaping entrance of the castle itself.
Bearing signs of age, a fine wine like maturity, elegant and classic. There are various floors, levels, underground areas and towers. It is built to house many and seems to, at times, expand and change in subtle degrees of it's own will. By rock walls and echoing hallways, the building seems to posess an age greater then it's known years. Cradeling chambers of massive size, towering halls, and grand ballrooms are two towers seperate from the main castle--The North and South towers.
Beyond the walls unfolds the gardens where there is The Rose Maze, a labyrinth of rose bushes whose size has become so great that they seem to tower almost as tall as the castle itself. In the very center of the maze rests a small, cage like gazebo; known to be a romantic spot for lovers.
